Secure Online Ordering
We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Private Communication Technology security standards that are supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later and other popular browsers.
SSL encodes your personal information (such as your password, address, phone number, and credit card number) so that it is available only to you. This encryptions makes doing business over the Internet as secure as making a purchase by telephone.
If you feel uncomfortable transmitting your credit card information over the Internet, just call us at 619-482-1701 and we can process the order over the telephone for you.
Shipping Policies
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you. Shipping date estimates are between 3 to 7 business days. Shipping costs will be show when ordering before checkout. The shipping costs are dependant on the shipping destination and your order weight.
Ground shipments are generally sent via US Mail; express orders are generally sent viaPriortiy Mail. Daily cutoff time for all shipments is 1:00 p.m., Mountain Time
Return Policies
Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of dealer invoice date. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at our expense, unless buyer requests an upgrade at their expense. Advance replacements are available, but must be paid for at the time replacement
Products returned due to change of mind will be charged a 25% restocking fee and 75% of the purchase price will be refunded to the customer when requested within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations
All orders (including backorders) may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. (Orders are shipped when shipping labels and tracking numbers have been generated and are shipped. Most orders are shipped within 3 days of placing order). Cancellations must be made by email (patwolf45-70book@aol.com) or phone (985-882-3401). If order has been shipped it may be returned following the return guidelines listed above.
Backorders
All in-stock items are shipped at time of order; out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and buyer will be notified. All backorder items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available. If backorder period exceeds 30 days. We will notify buyer prior to shipment release. In the event of partial shipment, each shipment will be billed separately. Backorders are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances is Wolf’s Western Traders or any other party involved in creating, distributing, or supplying products be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from products purchased from Wolf’s Western Traders, the use or inability to use the site, the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the site. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the website. In the event that your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
